Experienced nothing but the best of service from Rosslee. My unit was flooded by the storm that occurred on 5 March. Flip Rosslee personally came to inspect the damage the next morning. By Saturday 9 March the old carpets had been removed and tiles laid in their place and I could move my furniture back into my house. Christel is always a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating.

They take your rent and move it up every year. No mantance. after 5 years they still dont want to paint out the units .. the Words were we will paint it when you move. kitchens are falling appart
Rosslee agents all they want is money from you but are not willing to work around you. Done use them they will lie to you and take your money
