Carport King installed a single carport for us during December 2020 in the Edenvale area. The service we got was excellent and the installation team led by Rodney was punctual, efficient and friendly. The admin team (in particular Melanie) was also punctual and very friendly which is not the norm in the industry. Rodney and the team were also able to make a plan for us in order to fit very specific measurements in our complex and the finished product was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Carport King to anyone looking to install a carport.

My carport started showing signs of deterioration within a year of construction thereof. When it was first reported, it was ignored. On second complaint I was informed that I had no warranty as my final payment was a few days after completion and not on the day of completion. Fancy that. Poor workmanship is covered up by a minor technical point. The installed gutters will never catch a drop of water as the sheeting covers them. Water is dumped into the support channel surrounding the structure. Needless to say, this main frame structure is rusting as it cannot dump water. Also noted that there is insufficient rust inhibitor on the structure. Same thing, no site supervision and no final inspection and then a lame excuse of a late payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Outstanding workmanship and knowledge of the team that did the installation of our carport. Would have given 5 if it was not for the call 5 days after we made the final payment to say we owed them money!
Carport King installed a 6x6m Chromadek carport for me last month. Their price was extremely good and their workmanship was excellent. I can definitely highly recommend this company for any carport needs.
Pity I can't rate them 0 stars...pathetic. Stay away...you have been warned.
They have no after sales service at all ..been waiting 3 months for a repair...never pitch up or call back
