I am fuming as I write this, the receptionist is so unprofessional., I called on the 9th Mayto book for an appointment and the lady told me to call and book on Tuesday the 14th. I call on Tuesday and she tells me I have to call on Monday to book for an appointment. I wonder if Dr Thomas goes through the reviews because everyone is complaining about her.

The service really is not great of the ladies by front desk .I call for my results and I am told they are busy I must try after 12 midday .This is unacceptable,when I came for the tests I was informed to call after a week and no specific time was given .Very unfriendly staff .Even during the appointment the ladies will make you wait endlessly ,with no updates even though they have booked you for an 8am time slot.
