The service that we received from this company was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Their trailers are in great condition. Unlike some companies they don't charge extra just because you are going to a certain place or town.
Went to hire a trailer because we were moving. Staff extremely unhelpful. My husband was told nothing was available except for the one trailer that was not suitable to move with and they wanted a ridiculous price. Here comes an old customer gets told he can get the trailer we initially wanted to rent which was not available but he needs to ensure it was returned the same day. When my husband asked now what about him he was told they cannot assist him. So if your a new client just know that you are not welcome and they cannot and will not assist. Clearly they make enough money to not care about customer service or not getting new clients on their books
I must say the service with trailer rent is very owesome. Especially Boksburg and Alberton branch. Keep up the good work guys.
