The absolute worst. If bad service is your cup of tea, this is the store for you. Got an upgrade by a guy named PK, what a joy killer it has been trying to fix the issues relating to my upgrade. Would not recommend.

I have received an sms about my tablet. I have been trying to phone the store for the last hour. non stop! I have asked if they in on a Saturday and was informed by the attendant that they are. Nobody but Nobody answers that phone! Shows the commitment to clients!!!

Bunch of idiots been to the shop 3 times just to have a my insurance claim done, finally had the vodashop next to woolworths assist me, they are just top shelf when it comes to service. unfortunately had to go back to vodacom 4U as they had stock of my phone. Finally got my wife to fetch the phone on the 3rd trip only to realize when she gets home that there is no sim card, when my called in to ask what when the sales person says sorry she forgot to ask about that and that i must come in "AGAIN" and pay R69, I pay for sim insure! and that tall black guy there is just a rude thing doesnt have an ounce of customer service in him, when i was there on the 1st day he basically told me nicely to piss of and go sort it out with the vodashop. Never using these people again

Bad experience for the 3rd time now at this shop. Staff are rude and are not helpful. I have been trying to port my number to vodacom for the past 3 days without any success. They have given me their shop number which is not working. Absolutely unacceptable service :-(
