Only reason for one star is you cannot give zero. Cannot complain about service as there is none. Cars brakes replaced on 13500km. Had to stay overnight as no spares. No courtesy vehicle offered. 24 hours to do a first service. Parts manager is useless. They cannot send a driver to collect parts. Another customer almost suffered an engine failure as the sump plug was not put back after draining oil. This is pathetic! Hope this is not the best from Penta group
