I was really disappointed today for the service l received from Allied Fibre Maitland... After the fact that l inquired before l even went there and the woman replied my email and attached the price list of which was awesome So l went there with all the excitement as they have exactly what l wanted which was silicone liquid The email was listed that the item was R386:96. So l went with the R400 on a dot which turned out short with R50 something so lm like but asked first and you sent me the price list and she said well l listed that it doesn’t include Vat and lm like No you didn’t then l showed her the email she sent me and she Said to me YOU Should Have asked, therefore l can’t get my silicone and l tried to tell her lm coming from really far for this.... and she didn’t seem to care at all. Thank Goodness there was this nice lady who was by the entrance as l walked in... she went to the back and brought the silicon and handed it over to me and said it’s okay its not your fault... which l highly appreciated. So l didn’t get any apology or whatsoever, and l just walked out. Guess it’s because lm Black.....\u200d️

Huge shout out to the Allied Fibreglass team. The roof around our chimney has been leaking since last winter. I managed to get it waterproofed with their easy to use products this past sunday. What a relief, as a huge cold front hit us the next day. With not a single leak after almost 6cm of rain in 48 hours, It's safe to say i'm impressed.
