I had the misfortune of a flat battery 45km from Swellendam. I phone my insurer who assigned Allies Towing to provide me assistance with a jump start. I explained the situation to the contact person and specifically requested that they bring their portable jump start pack because of the very difficult spot in which my vehicle was stranded, there was no way to get jumping cables to it. They arrived and discovered that the jump start pack was broken. They weren't able to help me and still charged my insurer R1800 which was deducted form yearly allotment for roadside emergencies.

Fantastic service! On our holiday travels, after a near accident when our tyre popped and shredded at 120km/hr ,just 18km outside Mossel Bay on the N2, just before 6pm on a Fri night, and not being able to get the spare wheel loose due to the nut stripping, we called Allies Towing which we found on Google maps, and they immediately organized a tow truck and contacted Oliver's Treads to organise a new tyre. Kobus the tow truck driver arrived within 20mins,was friendly and assuring and transported us and our vehicle to Oliver's Treads in Mossel Bay, where Oliver and Gerhard fitted a new tyre for us. Kobus waited with us to the end! Thank you!Thank you to Lindie, Kobus, Oliver and Gerhard...you're all stars and your service is professional and outstanding!!! Our evening could have been disastrous but we arrived at our destination in Wilderness with only 2hrs delay. With appreciation, God bless you all.

Amazing service. When no one else would assist on a Sunday afternoon, they did. We were stranded, even our insurer battled to find help. Thank you to Colin, Kobus and the guys, for not only assisting but getting us home safely, through the assistance they gave. Highly recommended. Knowledgeable, Courteous andand Friendly Staff (Side Note - take time to know your vehicle and how it works - I thought I knew but didn't, almost cost me a night on the side of the road and a lot of embarrassment)
