It's good place to visit
Terrible service by this establishment. Really struggled to get any sort of information out of them and had to phone a few times to get a simple quote out of them, only to be told that it's already being fixed and will be ready to pick up the following day.... she said she would call to let me know when the violin arrives. TWO WEEKS LATER no call. Not a single phone call to manage any sort of expectations to which I called again. What followed was even more confusion, still no quote and even a phone call that was a mistake. Alot of confusion, and to this day STILL no quote, which ended up in a huge disagreement between the lady that was supposed to help and my husband when we could eventually come and pick up the violin. Her attitude was appalling. I was in tears after speaking to my husband and being given a total amount that needed to be paid and then being told it's more. Tears. She was rude to my husband who never gets upset with anyone. That takes alot. It was a bad experience all around and I sadly would not recommend.
