Extremely poor service... Chicken ordered with extra sauce, low and behold not 1 drop of sauce.... This seems to be the norm at this store where they never give you extra sauce. Not the first time with such bad service. Wont be back here yet I live down the road from the store!!!

I was not satisfied with my hot pot, today. It was not even close to satisfactory, taking into consideration this was the only thing i had gotten to eat on my 20 minute lunch interval. This is dissapointing as the food usually upholds the nandos standard at this branch. But it would seem as if you guys were lacking quite a few ingredients today, mainly rice. My fellow staff members and i will not be purchasing lunch from this branch in future. Thank you kindly.

There's a capitalistic plot when you buy the full meal they don't have the cool drink that's with the special ,you then have to pay 5 more for the other cool drink yet it's their fault I would have ignored this,but it happened twice they should be carrying that deficit you cannot have special during festive season and not plan in advance ,I'm am disappointed in the their service.

A phenomenal place. The atmosphere is cool. I cannot get over the sauce they put over the chicken, It's mindblowing. You guys really need to share your secret recipe with me I promise I won't tell anybody

No greater place to eat that Nand's Galleria Mall. I have been to many Nando's in most Provinces and the team at Gallwria cannot be beat. The nicest moist chicken and greatest chips leave the others standing. Cannot wait for them to re-open. Will be there like a shot.
