I received exceptional service from Callen, My watch had gone away to be fixed for a couple of times and came back the same. When Callen took over, she took all the necessary details and got it fixed without hustles. Every company should have people Like Callen.
Sent my daught in ...her first venture alone. The arrogance and high handedness of staff on duty...left her quite ubsettled and nervous about what to do.. Bidvest helpful kind reassuring ...what should be a great expieriance was almost spoilt by your poorly trained/selected staff member....i am going to spread the word on social media ! Bidvest.. Wow !! Chalk and cheese !
