I have had really great experiences at American Swiss Sandton City. Yolan and his team are always so accomodating and helpful. I bought my fiancés engagement ring from them in December and Yolan assisted me with an amazing deal and service. I made another purchase today and was given another amazing deal and service. I would also like to acknowledge his team, they are always so friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this store and will definitely purchase again!

What pathetic service. Staff are rude and unhelpful over the phone and in person. Staff lied to my fiance when he went to buy my engagement ring telling him that it can be resized and now telling me that they cannot resize to fit my finger (oh and not to mention the resizing price going up from 200 rand to 450 rand-- what a joke). I now have an overpriced paperweight that is completely useless to me. But I will definatley never spend another cent at any American Swiss store. The owners and managers of this store and franchise should be ashamed that they have hired such incompetent staff. I will be escalating this as far as possible.

If I could give them less than one star I would. The staff refused to even acknowledge my existence when I walked in. Way to busy on cellphones. When they finally offered to assist, I was given incorrect pricing and details about the rings I was looking at. It’s a good thing Sandton has so many jewelry stores.

I am very disappointed in American Swiss, they definitely don't deliver on there promises I was promised that the manager would call me Monday, which was yesterday. Today wen I'm trying to call, they not answering. They have my ring with them and still no news from them It's annoying
