I have had countless bad experiences with American Swiss at most of their branches. A diamond in my wedding ring fell out, my ring also bends easily as it is pink gold. I was never advised how to properly care for my ring. I get told 2 years later that it is a special events ring and not a wedding ring although it is being advertised as an engagement ring on their website. I also added a band onto the ring and it was like rocket science for the staff to understand what I actually wanted. From being on the phone with 3 different people to the incompetent manager. The staff is super unfriendly as well. I got my rings back and I am happy but the customer service is atrocious.

Went to the store. Nobody at the entrance to greet or sanitize. Store very crowded. Nobody came to help waited about 30 minutes and saw how other people were helped who came afterwards. Some employees would walk around and purposefully not make eye contact with you. Really bad service. Would not recommend

Absolute worst experience ever!!! How does a store allow a customer to wait nearly 30 minutes to be serviced. Festive casuals are being treated as if they don't work there, how does that make sense. Either change management or find a better way to deal with staff!!!!!!

Disgraceful management. I was being helped very nicely by a kind festive casual worker when the manager yelled at him in front of me to stop helping me. I was shocked by the dehumanizing way staff is treated by management in front of customers. Never shopping here again.

I bought a ring for my wife last year August, the ring then broke this year beginning July and was sent away for repairs , it came back the wrong size and had to send it back again for resizing, called two weeks after only to find out it was still in store !!!!!!! No one had done anything, they sent it away after I had to complain and said it would be back by last week Friday, today is Tuesday and still heard nothing back, I was promised a call back by Nicole the assistant in store and still nothing , it's been over a month and still nothing!!!!!! What a terrible experience, really hate that place with a passion, my wife and I are really disappointed . Poor customer service, worst experience ever!!!
