I bought a gold ring worth R14 000 2 weeks ago, the diamond bent horribly a week into wearing it and now they want to charge me R1000 to straighten it. never buying anything from American Swiss again

I bought my fiance's ring here and the service was terrible. The staff in front were not sure about the items in the store and could not answer my questions. They told me to come back the next day to speak to the manager who did not have a greatest customer relations for someone in that position. In all honesty I'd rather send more money for a better service. Not going there again.
