Pros: Best place in terms of location and accessibility. Close to everything you’ll ever need. However, security is bad. Cons: NOISE NOISE NOISE. Anyone can just walk in. Care taker I’m not accessible and there’s no communication with tenants about anything.

Do not consider purchasing or renting property here. The condition of these apartments are dismal at most. All of the apartments have been having an ongoing water leakage since 2016 when the apartment was constructed. Leaks in the Apartment are continuous and do not get resolved at all. Could not wait to move out of the complex. What an absolute mess.

Please, whatever you stay away from this place. The tenants are very loud, the security company is useless and there's nowhere to hang your laundry.

Shockingly bad. There is absolutely no law and order at this place. Be prepared for tiny apartments and getting no sleep. People party at all hours of the night and day-in the parking lots-and that means there is lots of noise and disorderly behaviour. Body corporate, if it does exist, is extremely weak and complacent.

Poor maintenance (lift hasn't been working for 2months now) , no body corporate, no network, weak finishes. Not a good rental or buy

Very noisy and no rules so the tenants have parties in the parking lots and in the hallways. Body corporate seems to not care what's going on in the building. Also no proper access control, security lets anybody in
