More than 2 hours delayed, without any sms to inform customer, while they have got my cellphone number. Ticket is from Shell garage Somerset west to east London, time : 6:05 pm. This is the worst bus service... I waited for the bus in Pinetown shell garage and it never came... waited for over 3hrs nothing was communicated abt it being delayed or being cancelled. And they don't give refunds.
The bus I had booked was over booked for some reason. I ended up not leaving yesterday night. Given ( bus driver) went over and beyond to make sure I get another reservation for tonight. His service is absolutely great. I would recommend the APM bus because of him. Well done and God bless you Given.
I am very disappointed in your Company's ability to help customers. I booked a ticket from Durban to Johannesburg (24/01/2020). When i get to the help desk in Durban, i am told that i did not book and my name does not appear on the list. Do you understand how depressing it is to be told that you are not on the list when you put in so much effort in getting the booking done? I stood like a fool waiting for them to check, over 20 minutes i had to go to the desk to check on the progress of the matter. My name was still not found. Now how do you tell me that i paid for something and my name doesn't appear. I am disturbed by such service. This is unacceptable!
My sister was supposed to Pretoria to pietermaritzburg leave at 18:30, that didn't happen no explanation. Poor service worst is that no one is apologizing.
TOOK THE APM NIGHT BUS FROM DURBAN TO PRETORIA 14 JUNE 2019 @22H00 THE BUS HAD NO HEATER AND IT WAS COLD , I WAS FROZEN , HAD TO SPEND THE WEEKEND INDOORS TRYING TO GET MY BODY TEMP BACK TO NORMAL, MY NOSE AND FEET SUFFERED THE MOST, I HAD BLOOD IN MY MUCUS AND FEET WERE ICE COLD ALL WEEKEND. I NOW HAVE FLU THANKS TO APM. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME USING THEIR BUS WITH A FAULTY AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM. IN 2018 THE AIRCON WAS NOT WORKING AND IT WAS SUMMER , DROVE FROM PRETORIA TO DURBAN WITH THE HEATER ON , THE DEHYDRATION AND HEADACHE WAS BAD.
Lousy and disappointing. Bus broke down on the N3 at night and we didn't get assistance for hours. Apparently head office knew of the bus being faulty yet they let it operate.
