eMailed them asking if they would consider collecting our old washing machine in working order to break up for scrap or spares. I did not want any payment. They did not even bother to reply. A simple we are not interested would not have cost them anything. Ignoring me ensures I will never use them or recommend them.

He came to fix my dishwasher. He left it open and I'm still waiting. He changed a part but there was still issues. He doesn't answer his phone. That is bad customer service. He reads your message and doesn't respond. He couldn't fix and ran away. Bad bad service.
The guys who fetch the appliances are friendly. The receptionist is the worst woman ever she is rude! She even slammed the phone down in my ear. .
