Don't be in a hurry if you want building plans approved. They are quick with invoicing, but extremely slow to reply to emails and to sign off already approved plans and one would think their communication skills would have improved after we went through the same thing in 2018. All clients are clearly not equally important! Not all at impressed with their service, a pity we have to use them according to our Estate's rules.
