Unfortunately cannot recommend this company. We used them to clean two carpets and we have been left worse off than before. Had to use a different company two days after them to try and get rid of the strong wet dog smell that was left after Askus drenched our carpets too much (took 36 hours for carpets to dry), we couldn't sleep in our room for a week due to the smell. Askus used way too much water and soaked our carpets causing water damage and the wet dog smell, and actually didn't even get stains out (the other company got stains out very well without soaking the carpets). Even after we used another company to fix their issue, we are still left with the horrible smell. Askus refuses to take responsibility and says it must be a problem with our carpet padding... very disappointed, unfortunately regret using this company.

This companies website is very misleading we just had our matresses "deep cleaned" but instead we got SOAKED matresses...yes stains can not be removed which is understandable but a difference is colour surely should be seen...i just scrubbed over a stain with some jik and it lightened but a so called industrial CARPET cleaner machine could not lighten it? no smell of a chemical being used either, so what are we paying for because surely something mustve changed but nothing did...i could jave just as well taken a hose pipe wet my matress...NEVER AGAIN!

Amazing service and follow up. Super helpful and made it possible from a pest control / cleaning and carpets perspective to get our deposit back. Also assisted with a follow up clean after we had last minute paint jobs. Would highly recommend this one stop shop at very affordable pricing.
