Poor customer service. They sold a Demo vehicle I already had financing approved for and would've collected the Friday morning, promised to replace it with the exact vehicle. Still haven't heard anything from them in 2 weeks. Requested twice that the manager call me and still haven't recieved a call. Would not recommend buying from them.

Really now...I bought a car from you guys 28/10/2020 , I drove 4 hours to Bloem, was promised my car would be ready 30/10/2020, Today is 02/11/2020, I need my car to get around and still no feedback...I wonder now if I made a mistake? I am not excited about my car anymore... O.K so Audi asked me to update my review, today is the 10/12/2020, After Vincent Spoke to me on 04/12/2020. I was advised my cars plates would be ready by 08/12/2020, My temp license # 2 is expiring in less than 4 days...I have decided to pay it off in a few months so I can sell this car and go back to Mercedes-Benz or B.M.W wich has nice cars, better service and value for money!!!!
