This rating is not a reflection of the dealership itself but directed at the Audi pre owned vehicle sales department. We had a disappointing experience today with one of the sales personnel Mr Nazeem Edries. We had mentioned to him that we were interested in a vehicle from the Claremont branch, however, the vehicle of interest had not arrived as of yet. As a result, we decided to visit the century city branch to view some of the other similar vehicles available. We asked if Mr Edries could perhaps arrange a test drive. He outright refused the request as he mentioned that it would be a waste of his time since we have interest in a vehicle elsewhere. Most importantly, strict covid - 19 protocols are in place all round the dealership, however, Mr Edries was wearing his mask on his chin. He had physical contact with myself and father as well. Despite reminding him multiple times regarding social distancing regulations and the correct responsible way of wearing a protective mask, he continued to wear his mask in an incorrect way. We are after all still experiencing a global pandemic. As a healthcare worker, finding myself having to remind a professional salesperson to wear their mask correctly and follow protocol is unacceptable! Especially from a well established brand such as Audi. Fortunately, we managed to liaise with the new car sales manager who professionally addressed the issue and apologised for the unacceptable behaviour / Experience. Thank you to Mr Greyling for following this up. Extremely disappointed with our experience.
