The lady at sales is always good, customer service is her number one priority if not the only priority. I bought a mirror for our vehicle and she called as soon as the mirror arrived. Later I spoke to Chris who made sure the mirror was fitted even though I had parked in a rainy area

Panel in boot of my Audi A4 went missing after the dealership worked on the car. They refuse to take any responsibility and are also not answering calls or responding to e-mails. Very bad customer service & experience. They might have saved the cost of replacing the panel (which they took out), but lost a customer that buys a new car every couple of years. When escalated, the service received from Audi South Africa was just as bad.
