We bought a CEM truck balancing machine through one of AEI's channel sale partners. This machine has given us issues since day one. I dropped this machine off at AEI on the 8th of March 2019 for a quote on the repair. On the 25th of June I got hold of the owner Gavin to find out why it takes 3 months to get a quote with out even a courtesy call to explain the problem around this machine. 1st Of July the machine is dropped on my door step......still no call.....and no explanation!!! I call Gavin to find out if the reason they are dropping it is cause it is fixed ??? Only to be told they discontinued the supply of these machines a couple of years back and the machine is uneconomical to repair. But he could not even pick up the phone to call me and explain this before sending my heap of scrap metal back. I have never had such putrid communication and bad service. No drive to assist or offer a viable option in anyway. I will never make use of this company again. The owner Gavin just couldn't give a dam. It is what it is and he does not care! Dont expect to be treated like a customer at AEI!!!
