Great experience, no longer under old Avalanche name, new name is now The Slope.

I went to Avalanche and saw that it is now called The Slope. It has a new blue type of surface for the tubes to slide on and the tubes are new. It is all brand new and completely different to the old place. A really big improvement. The tubing is much faster and the new seating area is really nice.

It is a LOT of fun. But it is very tired looking and in need of a revamp. Do not be fooled by the website. There is only ONE thing to do - bumboard on very old-looking and worn tubes, down a worn ramp. In short, you will have fun, but do not expect state-of-the-art equipment. The positives are that the staff are super-helpful and the centre is very modern with great shops /restaurants

Great amount of fun on a "ski slope". The guy on duty the day I was there for my mates son's party went above and beyond to make it a truly amazing experience. Only draw back is the set up is tired, the white carpet section is tatty and in need of replacement. The tubes - well they have seen better days and should have been replaced in the last decade. Would be hard pressed to go back if there are no changes

We took a small group of kids for a party on Friday. We've lived in the area for years and have seen how the skiing carpet has slowly deteriorated over time. We were pleasently surprised to see that a new carpet is being fitted. It's now bright blue and really easy for the kids to go up when they hold on the rope. Something that was really difficult on the old worn one. Staff and food were awesome and the re-vamp of the inside is great. No liquor license but we were able to bring our own. We'll definitely be back!
