I ordered the custom made fire and gas combo braai. They did not have this unit in stock but as part of their GOOD customer service they committed and custom made and had the unit ready for collection in 2 days and at a discounted price. As all other reviews. Poor poor sevice. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Empty promises. Followed up twice. Went there today and our order has still not been ordered yet! Use these oaks for the past 10 years first time the sevice is this bad. Time for new management.
Mark did a Quote on a Custom braai 4 years ago, I ran into a bit if a finance issue where the braai became last on my to do list. I still kept the quote for when I am ready to order it. So phoned Mark up & sent him his original quote to see if the price is still the same. We have been staying at the same address as when the quote has been done. Needless to say I made 50% deposit & when the braai came for installation the dimensions where wrong and the braai doesn't fit. He promised to sort it out, this is now 3 weeks later and I am stuck with a braai on my Patio I cant use. He doesn't return my phone calls or whatsapp messages. Worst Service ever - Surely not going to pay the outstanding 50% until he gets back to me.

Don’t ever go to this shop worst service ever. Kurt just takes you money and gives you empty promises. He will never call you back it’s now 4 weeks waiting for delivery bad service ever.
Do not respond back to clients
Disgusted with Avalon. Dealt with Kurt who showed no interest, I had to make numerous calls to follow-up on delivery and I only received lies, excuses and empty promises.
