Just had a phone call from your company about my enquiry regarding office space. Just a bit of advice – Next time you phone someone, lose the attitude and be more friendly and definatley don’t say that you “normally don’t say what premises they are” !!! I sent you, along with other people, enquiries yesterday. You have only bothered to phone me today ! Do you think that I a just waiting around to hear from you and then to tell me that you normally don’t tell people what the name of the complex is !!! I cannot believe it !! Its a long time that I have come across someone so unprofessional ! Good luck with your future dealings with people – you definitely need it.
