Always very busy. Prices don't really reflect bargain. If you looking for Chinese items, it is better than a visit to China City. However, staff were helpful and efficient when shopping for school stationery, which they are well stocked in (not just Chinese brands).

This shop is the best no matter where you go. Cheap prices, courteous staff and fast moving lines. The balloon section does get a bit busy on Fridays (understandably so). Overall, deserving of five stars.
