Excellent place,good customer service, received my car the way I wanted it,and on the promised time,better than any other Toyota dealer in South Africa. Marietjie Over I can most definitely recommend,as a sales person,very professional. Got my car delivered with the leather seats as requested,and better than expected and with numer plates already fitted,even though I stay in another province. Marietjie is to the point and no quibble,she is transparent,honest and deliver on all her promises. I did the deal completely over the phone and with email,and the Toyota app,and everything went seamless! I wish the rest of Toyota can be this good.The franchise at Menlyn is a neat dealership,you would not think it's a Toyota dealership,it feels like being in a super car dealership. Go to no other Toyota dealership but this one,had a bad experience with Toyota in my town,this dealership,changed my perspective on Toyota. Bravo Menlyn Toyota for making us proudly south African,setting the bar high!

I got there at 07:00 (the time I was given). Told they had no booking for me and that they would have to keep the car for 2 days as I was a " drive in". Also that the service my car needed could not be done on the Saturday. I made the booking with them and they supplied the date and time. No manager available on a Saturday. No apology offered for wasting my time. If they treat the customers like this, can you imagine what the do to the cars...
