As a proud member of battery warehouse for 10 years yesterday I was treated unfairly by the owners son, who refused to exchange a battery I bought from them which is still under warranty, he made all excuses not to assist me. In all the claims he made I went out of my way to have my car checked by Glen who is an auto electrician, yet he still refused. I then realised that my cheese has been moved, the new manager and owner is mr right what he says goes and if you don't like his answer then you can take your business else where.
