What I have heard about this place is absolutely shocking. The teachers are rude and disrespectful to both students and parents. They also gossip and insult the students behind their backs, even within earshot. Another issue, both educators at this branch have conflicting methods of teaching, which creates a very frustrating learning environment for students as it leaves them confused and unsure of what they have learned. Is their no standard procedure being followed here? Additionally, the learning material provided is outdated, poorly structured and riddled with spelling errors to the point where it's actually just easier to research the topics on your own. Learning in this environment is very impersonal and very little attention is given to each individual student.

Don't waist your money on this place. You not paying for an education. What you are paying for is outdated course material that has conflicting information in with spelling mistakes. You learn at home and they provide models for you to test what you have learnt. They treat you like a child and speak down to you. They don't teach in an encouraging way it's always in the negative. Caryn is more interested in sitting in her chair and talking about her weekend than actually training the students. I chose this place over others even though it was more expensive because I thought their reputation and the owner being the wife of the owner of Sorbet mend something but it means nothing. They too interested in their reputation than delivering what you paid for. What they forget is the students pay their salary, they are the reason they have a job so show some respect and do your job well and provide the service that you sell.
