Not only did you compromise and keep them up to date with the purchase and delivery but also made the service of the other branch abysmal in response. Outstanding service. If you are a new customer you might experience some friendly support in the BedKing store. However, if you are an existing customer, don’t put your hopes high… In my case I had to chase them for more than a month to get a reply to my warranty request (incl. visiting the shop, calling them, sending regular emails, etc.) After more than a month I finally received an offer for a replacement (of course against additional cost). Nevertheless, I even considered an upgrade to avoid having the same issues with the same mattress again, however, they tried to rip me off with a ridiculous offer: instead of charging me for the price difference between the same mattress and the upgrade (which I was willing to pay), they wanted to charge me an additional R1,259, based on a calculation that is comparing apples with pears. Considering that they were willing to give new clients a few thousand (!) Rand discount at the same time on Black Friday, it is shocking that they are willing to loose a former happy and loyal customer (I already bought 3 beds plus equipment from BedKing).

Excellent service. I'd bought a bed set back in Jan 2018 and it's worked so well that I went back and bought another one this week. The owner was so kind and understanding. Wasn't pushy or ignorant, but knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Since I was a returning customer, he went over and above the permissible store discount and matched the price of my new bed to what I'd paid 2.5 years ago! I thought it was a very nice gesture. Highly recommend and will surely go back this store in future!

My husband and I visited Bed King in Green Point.We were assisted by Bradley Bailey. His insight and professional service is to be commended. We experienced the bed lab before being guided on which would be the best matress for our needs. We bought the Mirage matress which we are currently enjoying. It gives us great back support especially in the lower back area. We have had the best nights rest ever since. We also bought 2 gel pillows which give us excellent head and neck support. Our matress and pillows were delivered within 10days and we were kept informed about the delivery throughout. We loved our shopping experience with Bradley Bailey at Bed King Green Point.
