This is to say a BIG thank you to you Devi for assisting me with the headboard. I am such a happy customer right now. My journey with you started late 2020 when I purchased a headboard. I was not happy with the headboard. When i first phoned you to complain, I remember how in your response you mentioned that you are committed to making sure that all your customers are happy and in my experience with you, you so lived up to that. It took sometime to settle my issue but in the process you were making follow ups and constantly giving feedback. During the process i had to sent pictures of what was wrong with the headboard. When the pictures were not clearly showing what the problem was, you went a step further and arranged Dean to come to my house to inspect the headboard. Dean was friendly and equally showed commitment to assist me. Only a day after Dean's visit, my headboard was replaced. I am so over the moon with my new headboard. Thank you so very much, I really appreciate what you did for me. I will not hesitate to do business with you again guys and recommend family and friends.

I ordered a Bed Base with Drawers from the Bed King, Strubens Valley early January 2021 while factories were closed. Even though the system was down, Simon did an incredible job of assisting me with my purchase and ensured that the invoice was sent to me via email as soon as the system was functioning again. I received a phone call late January to let me know that my base was ready to be delivered - they took note of the time I was able to receive the delivery. Furthermore, I received a phone call on the day of delivery to check if I was home to receive my base! The men who delivered my base were absolutely incredible; I truly appreciated that they were willing to ask for my help to ensure that my drawers stayed closed while they were tilting it into position. Furthermore, they assisted me with placing my mattress on top of my new base! I truly had a fantastic experience with Bed King, Strubens Valley - service throughout of the highest standard!
