Booked a Covid test on line, at their drive through, but no info on exactly where it was. Called the store for an hour, no answer. No signage at the centre. Was forced to go into the centre and all the way to the store, to find where to go. Staff we're friendly and helpful at the testing area itself. Can be found in the under cover parking by entrance 6.

The staff here are really incompetent, 3 different staff cannot tell us where to find product we looking for and send us running all over the shop. Then insult to injury, they cannot measure 2m distance for customers to stand apart. The labels on the floor are around 1.2m apart , which is much and much having others very close to you. Fail!

Although the store is well stocked, the service at the tills are slow as most of the tills were closed to customers. There is also a problem with products marked on special on the shelves and the correct price not updated on the tills. Aquafresh toothpaste on special R23-95 on shelf, cashier price R25-49......

I've been placed on hold for 45 minutes from caller no 7 then the time limit went from 1minute to 12 minutes. And then the message from phone voice repeats by saying Thank you for you're pations, realy.

I am trying to get Covid 19 test results. I am holding on for more than 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. First they throw the phone down in my ear. VERY DISSAPOINTED! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!

This is a disgrace for the Dischem brand. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel like a criminal by the obnoxious security guards. The store is poorly stocked and the staff are just plain rude and couldn't be bothered to help their customers.
