I have to admit that I am humbled by the flawless service i received at specsavers eye care in Eastgate mall. from the doctor (Treshen is his name if I'm not mistaken) who took his time examine me and selecting just the right lenses for my eyes (thought it must have been the longest consultation I have ever had, lol). Even the reception staff is amazing and welcoming. Thanks guys for the outstanding service!!:)

I had the misfortune of visiting this branch this afternoon. I was reluctantly greeted by an unfriendly assistant who when I showed her the type of frame I was looking for, told me i should try Torga!! She said this without even giving the frame a second glance!! Clearly her laziness & her lack of loyalty is something that should be looked into. Actually, I am uncertain but she looked like the lady in the previous review! I can say with great certainty I will never be visiting this branch ever again & I hope management recruits people that are proud to be part of a brand!
