The best option for renewing your vehicle licences AS long as you have the white renewal notice as you cannot renew here without it. Just exercise patience as at times the system can be slow. It definitely beats the queues.

Ensure you have the green form completed(ALV, if you don't have 1 just collect from the window but you'll have to go queue again) or your printed notice you'd get via post (if you do not have the green form just collect one from the window) hardly anyone gets these anymore for some reason). You will also need a certified ID copy and proof address. The whole process of renewing is about 10-15mins.

Wasn't as bad as I expected. My advice,go very early. Went to renew drivers licence. Was there for about 1,5 hours.

You will need a certified copy of your ID and proof of residence, otherwise they won't help you here. Expect the gate to open 30 minutes after the stipulated times.
