Although the Game store in Bela Bela offers the type of products that is normally difficult to find in small towns it is a shame that they do not offer the kind of service, product knowledge and helpfulness that one could reasonably expect. Maybe just a management issue?

Today I tried to buy a bicycle for my son but the staff member (Samuel) working at the sports equipment informed that he cannot give me a price as prices are changing because of Corona. After going to the manager she tried to assist me. This was not my first issue with the shop and never have I had the please to speak to the same manager. It is such a pity that we do not get the service GAME proud themselves off.
