Grateful that I was able to get my temporary license and process my new license. Do note to put a full day aside. Be there EARLY on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. They only allow for 20 renewals on the specified days so you have to be quick to get in line. Do bring your proof of address (only help people from Bela Bela), 2 black and white license photos, a certified copy of your ID as well as your ID card/book. Thanks for all your hard work guys! -also be kind and patient.

Terrible service...NO ink to print my natis paper for my car!!!Struggling since November 2020 to get my natispapers!!! This is ridiculous....

Nightmare. Had to go there to renew my driver's license, i stood on a que from 05:00 they open at 08:00 but only take 20 people for drivers license and leaners. After the long wait they opened aroung 08:25 then they tell us that the machine for eye testing and fingertipsprints does not work. So we have to come back either on Wed, or Friday. Is just a nightmare.

Terrible, Had to wait in a que for a whole day just to collect your card drivers license. Really they can improve their service by using a collection counter only for this. Also have a dedicated counter for driving schools. They use all the counters for hours to book their students. Ultra bad service. A 3 o clock they said the municipality don't pay overtime so go home and come back tomorrow.

It's been almost a year and everytime I drive 50kms atleast 3 to 4 times a month only to wait in queues for hours and then to be told that there machines are not working, their system is down, there is no one to assist with that now. Then they tell you to come back on set days and set times AND THE EXACT SAME EXCUSES ARE GIVEN! I have spoken numerous times to managment, arrange meetings but there is always an excuse. Now I must suffer a penalty probably for them taking so long to assist me. Never in my life have I had such bad service from anywhere in this country. Useless department filled with excuses and the worst service delivery imaginable.
