I ordered a cake and I could not believe my eyes ,even my baby did not want the cake to be cut it was an amaizing cake.The guy who took my order was so professional.Thank you to the bakers behind the scenes you are making wonderful cakes.
I found an eggshell in the muffin I ordered and cut my tongue. Would. not recommend this place to anyone.

Really dissatisfied!! Ordered a fresh cream picture cake for a 60th birthday. Cake came in a cake box covered with brown paper which sagged onto the cake distorting the picture. When I requested another picture, I was told that I had to pay an extra R70 as it was not their fault. Plus the inconvenience of arranging to have to pick up the picture from the store and placing it on the cake myself as we couldn't take the cake back to the store due to time constraints. This store did not utilize a cake box with a proper box lid and they had the audacity to tell me it's not their fault and that I am one out of a hundred who have complained!! Definitely taking my business somewhere else next time I need a cake.
