I just want to thank all the staff at Bella and Me for their excellent service. I was just browsing around looking for a wedding ring to fit my large fingers and i didnt even give it a second thought going into their shop as the jewellery looked so expensive ,but i was so surprised at good quality product and service we received. Even with the short notice and busy time of the year they managed to design, manufacture and engrave the ring of dreams within two days to spare. Thanks guys. Your simply awesome.

A must stop for any watch aficionado. Great and knowledgeable staff that always are prepared to have a chat and give advice. Owner is around and can always help you to find a great piece, ask about their watchmaker fir service and repairs.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They offer a disgustingly poor service and they are very overpriced. I got charged R450 for 2 watch battery replacements. They returned my 3rd watch with a broken strap and did not offer an opology or any compensation. They claim its because the strap is old. When I got home i noticed the strap on my other watch was also not put on properly in store so it fell off at home. I felt so disgusted by their service that i did not even want to give them a call and complain. The negative reviews yoh read are very true. FYI: American Swiss charged me R150 for the same service and are literally just a 5 min walk away in the mall. Will never go to this place again and would not advise anyone to ever set foot in this store. Disgusting
Overpriced for what they offer. R680 to engrave a single name on 2 pens. Rude owner. Went to Barksole and had it done for R99 with friendly service.
This store will rob you of your money. R370 got one battery! Exaggerated quotes. The sooner they close down the better.
The most awesome sales experience - thanks Munerah. Walked in requesting something that 6 other jewelers were not willing to assist with. Munerah sat me down and chatted and before long I was paying for an item that was going to be manufactured. Munerah went further and arranged overnight courier and if all goes well it will be delivered tomorrow and in time for a special girls special birthday. The owner needs to check himself and his dismissive attitude. I will however go back basis the service from Munerah - thank you very much.
