The Salvado's

Service was incredibly helpful and delivery was exactly as stipulated even on such a tight deadline. The sales people know their suppliers and how they operate so are able to guide you based on your needs. Warehouse staff are incredibly friendly and professional and with Bella being on site and hands-on the whole operation runs very smoothly

We placed an online order with Bella bathrooms and received great service from the ladies(Danielle and Lesego). They kept to the timelines for ordering and delivery, as promised. Their patience and efficiency was amazing. The only niggle was with the switchboard, the lines either continuously rang or went into voicemail. Apart from that, I am very happy and will certainly go back. A big thank you ladies:))

If there was a minus zero, I would give them. I placed an online order on the 9th of December 2020, I did receive an order confirmation delivery will take 10 working days, which I never received. I found out on the 11th of January 2021 that t there were closed for holidays, fair enough I gave, I was understanding, biggest mistake. I spoke to one of the ladies in the follow up department, she told me I will receive my order in a week. The day before I'm supposed to receive my order, I receive an email stating that their supplier doesn't have any stock of what I ordered, firstly how do you accept an order if you don't have any stock in hand, and secondly why do you promise what you can't deliver. I later received a mail that they will have stock, Mid Feb, I did mail and called for an update bit still no one is response. Even if I'm patient this is total disrespect and very unacceptable, It's a circus honestly, I've received the worst service. I also highly doubt if they would like to receive the same service from someone else. Your service is very poor.

The service is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and great. I will not use any other store for bathroom or tiles. The selection they keep will cater for any taste and style.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable to discuss the range of products for a new kitchen mixer and tiles for a backsplash. They assisted me to narrow down on a suitable product for my needs and budget.

The company failed to fulfill an order over course of several weeks, starting on the 2nd day of Dec. When a refund was requested, they were extremely vague about the process, they then proceeded to take leave from the 18th of Dec to the 11th of Jan without paying the money back. I would not recommend dealing with the company through the online portal as the process is not transparent and in my case thousands of Rands were unlawfully withheld from me.
