Would have given a 5 if they handled potential clients a bit better. When you approach the counter it seems like you should know what you want, not just browse to see if what they have in-stock. When you get to the counter and know what you want its definitely 5 out of 5. They just need to work a bit on helping the not so regulars. Or another way to put it, if you go there with the intent of spending money its 5 stars but if its just a maybe spend then its not 5 stars
