Corner art -shop, ample parking, easy to find: if you use a GPS. The only independant art store in the wider neighbourhood south if the N1 - as far as I know. . A reasonable range of art materials for its size. I could choose between 4 brands of colour -pencils,

The Framed Feather and Art Shopper is not your usual art supply store. It is a small shop located on the corner of a business and residential complex in Boston Bellville. What the store lacks in size, it makes up for in service. When I first moved to Cape Town, their owner was the first to give me advice on the art scene in Cape Town after I'd made enquiries. Lately I've even given text orders through due to temporary disability (for collection) which they've filled promptly and eagerly. If you want anything specific (such as unusual canvas sizes) the can accommodate you, but most of what you would want for your art you will find on the shelves. Of late, adjunct parking has also been added to the business complex which makes it a convenient stop for those travelling through Boston or on Frans Conradie Drive.
