I do not feel protected with ADT. I've had instances where they've responded after 1 hour 20mins, sometimes they don't respond at all! Definitely looking for alternative security.

TERRIBLE customer service. Just terrible. What are the people behind the phones actually doing??? No one EVER carries over a message to the correct people. Disgusting how we are treated when we want to move our system. They treat us as if they are doing us this biiiiig favour. They finally moved our system yesterday and these poor installers are messed around. Maybe the customer care people should just try work in their shoes for a day. I take my hats off to the installers. They are professional and very quick as well as friendly. HOWEVER, some where they went wrong and now we set off the alarm by walking around our own house. Note that our alarm is not armed! I get it. Everyone makes a mistake BUT to then to get told that they are fully booked today to fix it so now we have to wait till Monday for them to fix it. Attitude of the woman on the phone was totally horrible. Last night (24/05) we had ADT alarmed response out over 7 times. This is a utter waste of their time as we are fine and while they are dealing with us there could be an actual emergency some where else that they could be tending to. I take my hats off to the guys on the ground. Even though he was here more than 7 times he was ready for every situation. He was very professional and always ready to do what's necessary to make sure we are safe. Thanks Solomon. I really take my hat off to you. So we phone customer care and ask them to do something about this, either deactive our system for the weekend, tell the armed response not to come put or send someone out to fix the sensor. The woman then says she will pass it down to the correct people so that they stop responding. Guess what? 15 minutes later the armed response are back. THEY ALSO TELL US THAT "WE WILL BE CHARGED IF THE ARMED RESPONSE COMES OUT A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIMES!!!" NO!!!!!! WE WILL NOT !!! BECAUSE YOU MESSED UP! THE PEOPLE SITTING IN CUSTOMER CARE MUST GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!
