Medical aid short paid my account. Was not aware of this until a very RUDE man Ian called me and treated me like a criminal. I have GAP COVER to protect me in situations like this. I called Dr Bingle's rooms and this time a very defensive woman was NOT very helpful. I wanted to know WHEN they call us to inform us of this account. She said .... WE DONT CALL CLIENTS anymore we SEND SMS. Please try whatts app because I dont even look at sms's anymore. I friendly call Dr TC Bingle informing your clients that there was a short fall on an account will make your life so much easier. Like I said I have GAP cover that protects me.
