Had a terrible experience. Wanted a tree cut into 2m pieces and left on site. Bok didn't communicate this at all to his team which he dropped off and left unsupervised. The team cut the tree into firewood sizes and carted it away. It took nearly 2 weeks of arguing to get him to bring back the remaining wood, during which time he became quite aggressive. This is my first google review that I am writing, and all because my experience with BokBoom was so bad.
