I am so sad to hear about what happened to Joe and her team. I have dealt with Chemdry for over 10 years, Joe was driven, so enthusiastic about Chemdry and her staff. She run a tight ship & provided our family with wonderful service. Joe always went the extra mile to help us, I was shocked to hear of her being defranchised unfairly by Head Office as she did not get on with the new owners. I believe this was the case for many owners of chemdry franchises. I have read quite a number of the emails Joe received from head office, and I must say I am disgusted at how chemdry South Africa treat their franchisees. Heartbroken, and only a loss to chemdry, you lost a gem
