I am so disappointed in the service. I went there today and did not even get a chance to go in because the man who was taking down names for appointments told me the dentist can't help me with my problem and there is nothing that they can do. I would have appreciated the dentist to be the one to tell me rather than a random guy outside who looks down on us individuals. The admin workers are rude and this impacts the entire service. He was not even wearing a name badge and no covid-19 kit unlike his co-worker.
This star is for cleanliness. The service is poor so poor I called to the clinic told the person who said he was Mpho on the phone told the guy that won't be able to make it on my appointment date can i come before the response was you can come tomorrow when i came the sisters argued with me that am a lier Mpho was off was not on duty then said okay it's fine give me my appointment card I'll cancel the interview that was booked for that became an issue too up to an extent that my bp went high then they booked me for bp check didn't come because i had to go for second round of interview b
Mary Moodley Clinic got a bad service, today was my second time going there and I must say, I've never been helped ever since they sent me back home. Today a specific nurse treated me very bad and even made me cry in front of people to top it up she said she's not threatened by tears her name is Maipone
I’m so disappointed with this clinic I’m not sure if it’s a public clinics protocol as they the same I don’t see a reason waking up at 6am taking a taxi to wait in the queue mind me ( next to the shops with no shade no chairs) for hours 6 to be exact while they take their precious teatimes together
The dental department is proficient and the dental work expertly done.
Coming from Durban as a tourist I got to say the service stinks
