Great service took an hour from arriving
Everywhere you go in SA It's all the same, as an individual One has to prep and get here early by around 7h00 am I legitimately believe that they do this on purpose, by having an hour tea time and then another lunch break straight after... I just hope there will be a change in the future

I've read the other reviews and don't understand the negative reviews. I had and have always had such a pleasant experience/s every time I renew my driver licence at Benoni . The staff are very professional, courteous and have a great sense of humour and brilliant general knowledge. Yes it took quite a bit of time to work through the process, but that is due to the sheer volumes of people they serve everyday. Mr Alfred Msiza politely ushered us all into the waiting room, handed out the correct documentation and explained the entire process to us very clearly and what documents we would need to supply from our side. They have a photo and photocopy service on the same floor. Alfred also did my eye tests and fingerprints and it was done with a good amount of humour as well as a great amount of efficiency. The people with the negative reviews might need to look at their own attitude. Everybody in the queue with me was friendly and happy, all chatting away with each other and everybody commented on how pleasant the experience was. GOOD ON YOU Mr Alfred Msiza and all your colleagues at Benoni licencing.
Service from receptionist very very disappointing. When questions are asked then there is a big attitude. Very POOR service. From all the government institutions I have visited the past few weeks this receptionist’s service to the public was disgusting!!! They don’t deserve a star.
they like bribe too much
They are rude. Unpleasant and if you came there after ten they won't help you. Even if you can't come another time. Would not recommend this place.
