Sharlene and the staff are very good with their 4 pawned clients. Very compassionate and patient with animals that are scared. They don't hurry. For them it is not just a job. Very clean and hygienic as well. They also use good products to wash the animals. As a person that loves my yorkies more than i love humans i am very critical who touches my dogs, been it a vet or groomer. Mystical Pawprints therefore highly recommended.
What an amazing and highly recommended parlor. Sharlene and her team are by far the best groomers I have ever had for my fur kids. They are very professional, loving and caring with a very hygienic and fun environment for our fur kids. The cordiality and compassion with which they received my canine children the first time persuaded me to always take them there. Instead of trembling canine bodies, they wag their tails of excitement to see and hear Sharlene's voice and Thomas at reception. My fur babies smells great everytime we pick them up, their furs are shiny with no flakes until their next grooming, proving that he products they are using are of high quality with no harsh chemicals. I applaud Sharlene and her amazing team for an amazing parlor and par exellence grooming and treatment for fur babies.
