The guys in the shop were very helpful, gave me great advice, helped me to correctly do my installation. Much better than your normal hardware stores when it comes to plumbing. In general I have found their quality also to be better. Will only buy plumbing stuff from there from now on.

Plumblink Northmead was able to source very specific fittings that I needed for a developement. The service was friendly and they contacted me to collect the items that I ordered fairly soon (a couple of days) after placing my order. I was a bit taken aback by the price of the items though, but having said that, they were fairly specialized. The service was friendly and the person assisting me was fairly knowledgeable and was able to help me define what it was that we were specifically looking for.
